My mission is to help teens and young adults work through their anxiety, depression and trauma to live a full happy life. Anxiety and depression can impact our daily functioning at school, work and home. We will work side by side together working towards your goal of emotional freedom and regaining your confidence.

I'll get straight to it, I am a relaxed and love humor. I have served in military and I am military spouse. I have found my passion for helping others while working in VA services several years ago. During my studies, I have found art and music to be very important to healing and love using it as a tool. .
